Once we review your request and confirm availability, we'll reach out to finalize the time and location. Full non-refundable payment is required to secure your appointment — we come to you once payment is received.
We accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. After the notary approves your appointment request, a secure payment link is sent via text message. Pay in full through the link and we'll come to you — nothing is due at the appointment itself.
Remote online notarization is not currently available through Need It Now Notary. Tennessee has enacted RON legislation and we are monitoring the approval process. We plan to offer online notarization services in the future. For now, all notarizations are performed in person — we come to you at a mutually agreed location in the Knoxville area.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Payments may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment at our discretion. Same-day cancellations forfeit the payment entirely.
