What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. The 50% deposit is collected after the notary approves your request — not at submission. The remaining 50% is paid when we meet.
Is the deposit refundable?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once paid, as it reserves the notary's time. It is only requested after the notary has reviewed and accepted your appointment. You may reschedule with at least 4 hours notice at no additional charge.
Can I add documents at the appointment?
Yes, additional documents can be notarized at the appointment for $10 each beyond your package. Just let us know when we arrive.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. A notary public cannot provide legal advice, draft documents, or explain legal content. We verify identity and witness signatures only.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free with at least 4 hours notice before your appointment time. Late reschedules may require a new deposit.
